I recently moved to Lima Peru permanently. I have been traveling here off and on for 5 years. I landed a UNIX systems admin jobs managing systems over the internet. It was a step down on salary but a jackpot in LIMA.
I am married to a Peruvian (24yo, me 53yo). I recently got my Permanent Resident Visa and will travel to Ecuador (border) this weekend to pick up my Visa (requirement , to leave Peru and pickup your Visa and re-enter).
I currently have an Apartment in the tourist area (Benavides & Colon), across the street from the Holiday Inn (now Crowne Plaza). It is close to everything.
I have a business here also, (dirtylatinaz), which is a X-rated girl-on-girl and masturbation site. I have another apartment from which I film the girls. I am thinking of furnishing it with more upscale furnishings (DirectTV, Internet, Vonage VOIP phone (you can call back to the states free and back to Peru using (011511-xxxxxx) unlimited, also offer a cellphone free with a deposit for damage or loss (buy your own phone card).
I am trying to get a consensus to see if it would be worth offering the Apartment for Adult travelers (complete with maid service). It is 2 bedrooms, 3 blocks from Larco Mar (tourist area) and has a nice view of the Miraflores.
It will be less than what you would usually pay for a hotel. It is complete with elevator and security at the front door/intercom/doorbell.
I am thinking of offering it for $80.00 per night flat , (no taxes or extra fees).
This will be a hotel alternative for the adult sex travelers. You can split the rate with a travel buddy, there is the real bargain.
Trying to get a feel for who would be interested.
I will start remodeling in January 2008, After the Holidays.
