Eclipse - Sundays!

As a lot of the night clubs are closed on sunday, I found myself searching for a young lovely to fall in love with (if only for a few hours) on my last night in town, and started calling clubs. The Eclipse Club was open on sunday night, and although I arrived very early for Lima (about 9 p.m) I found about a dozen girls, most dueable.

It may be that they were hoping for an early night, but the number didn't increase over the next few hours, so I assume the club is for early risers.

RT here. I went to Eclipse tonight.

I printed the invitation from the link that HLG so generously provided and handed it to the doorman. You would have thought that the note said, "This is a holdup. Put all the money in this bag and no one gets hurt," the way it took four of 'em ten minutes of babbling to let me into the club.

The club isn't very big, but there is are seven stripper poles in the small space. On a pole per square foot basis, this club ranks in the top-ten all-time!

At 10:15 on a Wednesday night, there were ten girls in the club and four customers (including me). Most of the ten girls were attractive. When you enter, they gather around you and gyrate until you (I presume) pick one. Me, I ignored them until they went away.

I then struck up a conversation with the chica sitting next to me. She immediately asked me to buy her a drink. I declined, but she still answered my questions. The salida was 150 soles or four drinks for the girl. Then an additional US$100 for her. I passed on her generous offer and didn't stay in the club for long.

I'm not sure that I would go back any time soon.
