I think your main problem is to find the girl, specially if you want her to speak English. After that, she can help you find the most suitable place for a few hours of pleasure away from your room mates. Tequila Rock is certainly the place if you want to check the girl closely and also to find an English speaking girl. The added bonus is the number of hotels very close by!
Finally, if you don't like TR there are a sizable number of girls that rent their own hotel rooms for the day and receive "visitors"; should you want to check this out send me a message and I can send you some phone numbers. Regretably very few of them speak English.

The good news is that there are some chicas there who speak English, the bad news is that there are some chicas there who speak English!
There are good facilities on site for an encounter, very safe and it is an easy place to get to and from. The same cannot be said for 69 - which is probably left until a second trip.
