OK RT. Since the forum was down yesterday, I did my reading on the spanish forum and can tell you this:
1. For starters, TROME is a newspaper, this girls post ads there.
2. There is no house fee, thats it, they go for an average of 30-40 soles (9-12 dollars).
3. Now, dont expect much for this price. You wont find beauties. Also, this places are not very clean. You wont have a lot of privacy in some cases, since the places are "adapted" dividing areas with plywood, you can hear everything.
I have checked about 7 posts, some are good, some are bad, there is a big selection here so anything goes. Check the spanish forum, some posts have pictures. Now, this girls move a lot, it is possible that you wont find the girl you were looking for, and another girl will try to pass as her.
If I may, my advice would be, try it one time just for the heck of it if you are curious. Then on, treat youself with something a little better.

TONY: Yep. TROME is part of the cheap media where the "best of the lower end" love to advertise their services. This is not my cup of tea but could deserve a try. However, most of these chicks are based in the suburbs and use to "work" in cheap motels where they date you in order to "arrange the final details".

TONY: Nop. It is adviseable that during the phone call you better request all the details of the services provided and the price at a full cost. Once arranged, you just have to go to the place they dated you (usually a cheap motel) and then pay up front before the services are provided. Any other cost she demands while at the place and consider yourself being ripped off.

TONY: As I said, these chicks are mainly the best of the lower end. Thus, it is common to listen prices as cheap as S/.30 (US $10 aprox.) and as axpensive as S/. 60 (US $15 aprox.). Keep in mind that you get what you paid for, ok?

TONY: What they mean is that for a bargain of S/.18 (US $6 aprox.) you will get a bang. The quote "servicio completito" means a standard service, fellatio & bang included.

Hmmmmmm or maybe they are not. What I mean is that, in order to get a clear picture of who could be the one which can blow up your mind in a session, you must go through the "trial and error" process. Thus, you have to try females here and there and, only then, get a chance to find the "potential" pro among these chicks. Get the picture?

well as far as the logistics go it's all been said.... but...
RT the girls in Trome actually have a special quality to them. They may be on the lower end as far as looks go, but many of them have pretty good qualities as far as customer service goes. I have had good experiences with these low end girls not because of their looks but because of their performance. My advice is to go to the "kinesiologas economicas" subforum and find the ones with good ratings... I personally think there should be more ratings because I'm sure those girls have a good customer base but I don't think that crowd bothers telling their experiences on the internet. Unrated ones are also worth a try, I've found a couple diamonds in the rough and felt twice as good because I got better service for a 3rd or a 4th of the price. Sometimes if a girl charges s/. 30 and you give her say s/. 40 for the hell of it the outcome will be good... sometimes they are equally attractive as the ones that charge say s/. 120 an hour on the well known websites like *********.com or lolitas-vip.com

I am not sure that it is 100% accurate, as there are still hooker ads in today's El Comercio (albeit less than usual) and I think that I saw some in El Chino (I was looking over some guy's shoulder).
