I need a little bit of info. I am leaving for Lima in a few days and I just wanted to know if anyone has any info on how "clean" the girls are? Girls you find in legal "low-end" brothels like Las Cucardas or El Troca are checked by the local health authorities every 30 days and issued a "Carnet de Sanidad" (Sanitary Card) without which they are not allowed to "work".

Girls working at legally established Saunas are also required to have a valid Carnet de Sanidad. All high-end clubs and massage parlors (like Club 69, Casanova, Ely Spa, Ying-Yang Spa, etc.) also demand from their girls to have a valid Carnet de Sanidad although they are not required by law to do so since they do not officially provide sexual services.

Independent girls like the ones you can find at Lolitas-Vip, Nenas Peru or any other such web pages, are not controlled by the local health authorities and it is up to themselves to take the necessary precautions; all such web pages clearly state that they are only providers of advertisement services and in no way connected with the girls featured on their sites.

Therefore, if you are too wary of STD dangers, you should stick to clubs, saunas and legal brothels, you can take high-end incalls and outcalls as low risk options, and you should definitely not take the risk with-low end clubs and cheap independent girls (under US$ 20 per hour).

Just a point from the medical side. HIV, yes is dangerous, but beware of a just as deadly though not as well publicized affliction....hepatitis. Man, it can be ugly too.

Yes hepatitis is very contagious , but can prevent it by a simple vaccination.

Yes, that's true. It takes 3 vaccinations to build up the serum titer. Have the ole serum titer checked.
