This simple cafe/restaurant I found on first evening looking for some Peruvian food-as it was under siege from locals always a good sign for me.Its on Parque Kennedy between Mcdonalds & Calle Pizza.A good value place to eat & tried their lunch menu(changes daily) 12/16 soles loved their Ceviche sandwiches & 3 courses usually too much for me!Friendly staff & a good place to practise my Spanish & open until midnight for late eats.Also had some wonderful Pisco Sours here(8/10 soles)-I"ve bought a bottle home & going to try practising making it when I get all the ingredients- a fun/fond memory of Peru. As I travel alone I prefer eating in places like this which I recommend rather than one of the many fancy restaurants where I just feel uncomfortable even if the food is wonderful-with company thats a different matter.
