RT here. I was in downtown Miami this afternoon on a top-secret mission for PeruTops, and I found myself 0nly two blocks away from Ceviche105, so I decided to treat myself to lunch. I had been told about this restaurant by a friend a few months back, but I am rarely in that part of town mealtime.
I was greeted by the hostess, and when I replied with "Que tal?," we were fast friends.
The menu is extensive, with a bunch of ceviche and tiradito options, as well as many Peruvian classics. I chose the Chocolo a la Huancaina ($7), followed by a Parihuela ($15).
The corn dish was a little skimpy, but tasty. The parihuela was not 0nly huge, but delicious. Click on all photos to see a larger version.

The total, including tax and tip, but with just water, came to $28. The service was every bit as good as the food. Could I do better in Lima with 80 Soles? Of course I could, but I wasn't in Lima, and I got to enjoy some of my favorite Peruvian dishes.
As I left, I stopped by the ceviche prep station. Everything looked fresh, and the ceviches being served at the other tables looked good enough to, well, eat.

Ceviche105 is located at 105 NE 3rd Avenue in Miami. Their phone number is 305-577-3454 and their website is http://www.ceviche105.comwww.ceviche105.com. The menu is on the website. If you don't know Miami, they are located within walking distance of Bayfront Park and Bayside, one of your more popular tourist locations.
