It is the policy of this message board to discourage unsafe sexual practices, which is very loosely defined as basically anything uncovered. The ramifications range from being slapped with the CDR tag, on up. I know of at least one 'caleta' girl who had her thread removed from the board due to her relaxed attitude towards uncovered oral sex. In theory, even backchannel discussions of this sort are discouraged, although I have no idea how this would be enforced.
Do I buy into the fact that everyone both believes this is a correct attitude and practices what is preached? Of course I don't, but the rules are the rules, and the guys running this place feel very strongly about it.
I have taken a somewhat more lax attitude towards these types of issues in the English Forum, but I prefer that we limit the discussions so as to not rub it in the faces of the people who are gracious enough to offer us space in their forum. I delete all references to bareback sex, but I tend to overlook mentions of other stuff that (in the Spanish section) would cause a ruckus.

As some of the other posters above have noted, I have found that not all 'regular' Peruvian girls closely adhere to what they were taught in sex ed classes in school, but a very large percentage of the professional girls do. I have also found a slight correlation between price/volume and willingness to think outside the box. Actually, I feel safer when a 30 sol girl from the Trocadero takes precautions. My dick might well be the 25th she's sucked that day, and that just multiplies all possible problems exponentially. Some of the US$100+ girls will often work with you to find a good comfort zone for everyone involved, partly to justify their higher asking price, and partly because of a lower exposure rate. And -- if one finds themselves at Tequila Rock -- I would highly recommend negotiating everything very early in the mating ritual.
Me... I know what I like, and I know what I'm willing to accept. If I get a good vibe from a girl, I'm willing to let her set many of the rules, because I feel that a hooker that's comfortable with me will will provide a better overall session.
I know some guys for whom no BBBJ would be a deal-breaker. I tell them flat out: Don't go to Peru. Unless you've got something set up ahead of time, you may very well get back on the airplane disappointed.
