English Pub / Pub Ingles?????

Hello all. RT here.

In the Spanish forum, there's a thread about the Pub Ingles on Atahualpa, right off of Av. Larco in Miraflores.

If I understand one of the comments in the thread correctly, the forista is saying that it is kind of Tequila Rock-like, except a bar version, rather than a disco.

Does anyone have any experience with the place that they would care to share?

this place is crouded by local girls that know this bar Frequented by a lot of Foreigners, so you will find girls after your car, money etc, eventually easy girls you can get lay with, not kines or not on duty anyway.

Browsed through the Spanish thread and you are right in that it seems to be a Tequila style of place (pub instead of a Disco), but it is also mentioned that is mainly older girls (Tias) looking for gringos and longer relationships.
Will stay in a Hotell (JW Mariott) fairly close by Thursday through Friday this week so expect an firthand report shortly. Will check it out on the way o Tequila!!!!

It is a bar, with quite good food. It is very small and has a much older crowd than one would expect - male and female. There are a few tiburons mostly mid-30 girls with normal jobs looking for extra. Usually 0nly about 3 of them on a weekday with 7 more on a Friday/Saturday!! I have been one of 0nly 4 people in there several times. Nothing that I could recommend to an out-of-towner. One time I had to "lean" on an older Spanish guy to fuck off and leave my date alone.

Can't recommend it for a take-out.

But even with 0nly a handful of women, I 0nly need one!

And anywhere with 'quite good food' is good enough for me.

I just won't plan an entire night around the place.

Is this bar located at the end of the Calle de los Pizzas??????? I think it's called old pub, the owner is Irish..... Not sure if we are talking about the same bar.......
