This hotel/sauna is conveniently located near Megaplaza in Los Olivos.
The room was spacious with a decent sized bathroom with shower. There was a huge mirror right in front of the bed, with the TV right above it. The price for the room was 30 soles per day ($11). A bargain for what I paid at the Maria Luisa the night before (80 soles).
