where to find Tylenol

guys does any one know if is posible to find Tylenol here in lima? ........according to what I have seen in lima drug stores Panadol is the same as tylenol but I tried it but according to my experience panadol is just plain garbage that stuff is just no tylenol....I think I'm goin down with a cold I took two 500 mg tylenol capsules and they worked beautifully tonight but my proble is I need at least 3 more takes ..if any one can help me out I'll be very gratefull.

Tylenol is a commercial name. The generic name is paracetamol or acetaminofén, available in any drug store.

well I tried paracetamol and it sucks, if anyone at there just arrived in lima with some spare tylenol I'll buy it for 10 bucks...and can show you how things work in tekila de miraflores so you can pick a nice ass out of there, if you dont know spanish well, I can help you with that too...of course I'lll have to get well first and check your credibitily in the forum first
