This is a pretty common phrase that I am sure I have butchered many times in my career. It comes into play when I call from an ad, whether for an incall or an outcall.
I'd like to say, "I saw your advertisement," as in the following. Heck, I will take help on both sentences:

Chica: Si, mi amor?
RTG: Pardon my bad Spanish. Are you available for a salida to my apartment in Miraflores this afternoon?
