As the name implies this restaurant specializes in Peruvian soups. I was lucky to arrive 10 minutes before noon and get a table - a large line formed outside right after noon. Since it was kind of cold in Lima (60 F), I decided to warm up with two medium sized bowls of soup. First I tried the Shambar soup followed by the Sopa Criolla. Both were excellent. The service was also pretty good. Here are some pics.

Its important to mention that the SieteSopas is open 24hrs so it is probably the nicer (even above Glotons in Miraflores) place to get something to eat during the early hours of the day.

Whenever I go to a disco nearby or get a girl to a hostel in Lince I have the chance to go to 7Sopas and get a fine meal before heading home.

On November 2019 approximatley I was there with a big ass venezuelan girl. I went to the second local (not the famous in Lince), located between Angamos avenue and Paseo de la Republica avenue. It was full and the food was pretty delicious, yummy and spicy. A wide variety of dishes and drinks.....excellent!

Chulo's no longer exist since a while ago...

Btw... very good food in "7 sopas".

Maybe, but one good advice would be to microwave the soup when it arrives. This new strand of Brazilian origin is quite dangerous.
